PolyPlank®​ Extruded Polyethylene Foam

Specialty formulated for “softness” for when Class A surface protection is required. Features a finer cell structure that is non-dusting, chemical and water resistant. Easier to fabricate than cross linked foams.

Great choice for case inserts. The high cell count produces a foam that is excellent when aesthetics are important. Can be laminated with high density, 1/8” thick color for shadow box applications or added durability. Supports thin wall stability.

Contains less than 10% lower explosive limit (LEL) VOC meeting military specification yet manufactured to match the performance of other extruded foam. Available is all extruded plank densities and colors.
